About the role

As Head of Solution Architecture, you set the vision, shape the roadmap, and uphold the standards for Dyson’s enterprise architecture. You’ll ensure technology aligns with business and operational goals, and that AI and automation are adopted with intent—not just added for novelty.

You’ll architect for scale, resilience, and security, establishing clear governance and frameworks. You’ll upskill your team and advocate for responsible, data-driven design, guiding technology through every stage of maturity.

Collaboration is key—you connect business strategy to technical execution, partnering with leaders across IT, product, engineering, and data. Throughout, you ensure Dyson’s architectures are future-proof and always open to innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define, maintain, and evolve Dyson’s enterprise architecture framework, ensuring all solutions—legacy and new—align with company and industry standards.

  • Architect platform strategies that incorporate AI, automation, and data-driven services, with a focus on measurable business impact and clear technical governance.

  • Lead architectural governance boards and reviews, balancing innovation with compliance, cost, risk, and operational excellence.

  • Guide assessment and selection of new technologies, ensuring they integrate seamlessly and securely with core systems.

  • Champion responsible and ethical AI practices, embedding them into architecture and technology standards.

  • Mentor and develop your team, building enterprise architecture capability and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

  • Engage regularly with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights.

  • Ensure smooth delivery of technology projects, supporting both in-house and third-party teams.

  • Monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance Dyson’s enterprise architecture—with a strong bias for practical, scalable solutions.

About you

  • Strategic enterprise architect, with deep experience using frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to transform complex global organisations.

  • Proven success architecting and governing large-scale platforms (CRM, Commerce, Integration, Data) with an enterprise-wide mindset.

  • Strong working knowledge of AI, automation, and data architecture—skilled at integrating these capabilities where they make the biggest difference.

  • Demonstrated leadership in architectural governance, standards, and technology selection, balancing innovation with business risk.

  • Confident communicator and natural collaborator, able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

  • Proven people management experience

  • Track record of growing and mentoring high-performing architecture teams.

  • Committed to responsible, ethical technology and continuous improvement.

Reward package

• Starting salary: from PLN 356,300.00 annually, with potential for a higher offer based on skills and experience
• Performance bonus opportunity

About Dyson

Dyson solves real-world problems and creates better products through the application of engineering, science, design and creativity. It is a family-owned, global technology company, founded by Sir James Dyson who remains at the helm alongside his son Jake.

Since inventing the first cyclonic bagless vacuum cleaner, the DC01, Dyson has consistently invested in research and development to improve its products and technologies radically. Dyson offers products across a growing range of areas: floorcare, air purification, robotics, haircare including formulations, lighting, hand drying, and most recently audio. Dyson continues to expand into new areas.

Today, Dyson sells products in more than 80 markets, has 450 Dyson stores worldwide and is available in all major technology and beauty retailers. Dyson has global headquarters in Singapore and major technology campuses in Singapore, the UK, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Its global team of engineers, scientists and software developers are focused on developing technology-enabled products which work better and which people love to use. Key areas of focus have included high-speed electric digital motors, sensing and vision systems, robotics, machine learning and aerodynamics.

Beyond products, to encourage an inventive future, Dyson is also inspiring the next generation of engineers and inventors through the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology, the James Dyson Foundation and the James Dyson Award.

The Dyson family applies its problem-solving approach in other fields, and established Dyson Farming in 2012. It is one of the largest farming businesses in the UK, extending to 36,000 acres across Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. It is a family-owned enterprise unlike any other, focussed on long-term investment in British farming and the countryside to grow tasty and nutritious food.
