T&G Global is entering a new chapter in technology, and we're building a new technology leadership team to help shape what's next.
We're looking for a Head of Software Engineering & Integration with strong SAP S/4HANA experience to lead the evolution of our software engineering, application development and enterprise integration capability.
This is a pivotal role in our technology transformation. You'll help shape how SAP S/4HANA connects with the wider T&G technology landscape, alongside our custom applications, APIs, data platforms and digital services.
You'll bring deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, but this isn't simply an SAP role. We're looking for a technology leader who understands how to take a complex enterprise application landscape and create a more integrated, scalable and modern technology environment around it.
This is an opportunity to shape a capability, influence architecture and engineering direction, and play a significant role in how T&G's technology evolves.
This is a broad engineering leadership role with end-to-end accountability for how we build custom software, develop applications and connect systems across the organisation.
You'll establish the engineering principles, standards and practices that enable T&G to move faster while maintaining quality, resilience and security.
You'll also own our enterprise integration and API strategy, helping create a more connected, reusable and scalable technology environment.
You'll work closely with the CIO, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Platform Engineering, Cyber Security and business leaders to turn business needs into robust technology solutions.
This is an opportunity to shape not only what we build, but how we build it.
You'll be an experienced software engineering leader with a strong track record of leading engineering teams and delivering technology at scale.
You'll understand modern software engineering practices and bring genuine experience across DevOps, agile delivery, application development and engineering quality.
Just as importantly, you'll bring strong enterprise integration and API experience. You'll understand how systems need to connect, how integration architectures evolve and how to create standards that improve reuse, reliability and speed.
You'll be comfortable operating between business strategy and technical detail, translating complex needs into practical technology decisions and communicating those decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
We're particularly interested in leaders who are excited by the opportunity to modernise engineering capability rather than simply manage an existing function.
This is a chance to help shape the engineering capability of a global business at an important point in its technology journey.
You'll have the opportunity to establish modern engineering practices, influence architecture, improve how we deliver and build capability that will support T&G for years to come.
And the problems are real.
Our technology connects people, operations, data, systems and markets across a complex global fresh produce business. The engineering decisions you make will have a tangible impact on how T&G operates and grows.
If you're an engineering leader who wants the scope to build, modernise and make a meaningful difference, we'd like to hear from you.
Build what's next with T&G.
Proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand is required for all applicants and any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory background check.
