The Head of Social / Content will lead CSB’s content and social strategy, shaping how the brand shows up, connects and grows across digital and owned channels. This role is responsible for building a content ecosystem that is culturally relevant, commercially aligned and unmistakably CSB. You will own the strategy, planning, standards and operational rhythm behind how content is created, distributed and translated across the business. This is not just a creative role. It is a strategic and highly operational leadership role that requires strong brand taste, commercial thinking and the ability to create structure around a fast-moving creative team without slowing momentum. The successful candidate will act as the guardian of CSB’s content standard, ensuring every channel, campaign and touchpoint feels aligned, elevated and consistent.

You are a social-first content leader with excellent brand taste, strong operational discipline and a clear understanding of how content drives both community and commercial outcomes.
You know how to build structure around creative teams without suffocating creativity. You can uphold a high brand standard, guide creative output, and ensure content translates consistently across every part of the business.
