The Head of Site Engineering & Technical Support is responsible for the strategic planning, operation, and maintenance of the site's "Hard Services" and technical infrastructure. This includes Plant Engineering (Utilities: HVAC, Water, Gas, Electricity), Facility Maintenance, and Technical Support. The role ensures the continuous, safe, and reliable supply of critical utilities to manufacturing operations, strictly adhering to GMP and SHE standards, acting as the technical authority for the site's physical assets and infrastructure lifecycle management.
Qualification & Experience
Education
Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or HVAC Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Master’s Degree
Qualification
Compliant with China Medical Device GMP & IVD regulations
Article 8 / IVD 2.1.1
Preferred: Professional Engineer License
Experience
8+ years in Engineering; 5+ years in Plant Engineering or Facility Management
Pharma/Med-Device
Preferred: Multi-national Company exp
Professional Comp
Deep knowledge of Utility systems; Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills
Fluent English & Mandarin
Preferred: Digitalization/IoT exp
