Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support for Network Infrastructure

• Critical Facilities Maintenance: Partner with Engineering to oversee the hard facilities management of technical spaces, data centers, or broadcast hubs
• Operational Resilience: Ensure administrative workflows and physical facilities strictly align with business continuity and disaster recovery protocols managed by Network Operations
• SLA Compliance: Establish and enforce internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that support the operational time

2. Facilities Management

• Workspace Optimization: Lead space planning, office design, and facility capacity management across all regional sites
• Lifecycle Asset Management: Manage the maintenance, preventative scheduling, and capital expenditures (Capex) for all corporate real estate and physical office assets in partnership with engineering and respective department

3. Security & Safety (HSE)

• Physical Asset Protection: Design and implement rigorous physical security frameworks, including perimeter security, advanced access control, and CCTV monitoring for corporate offices and critical infrastructure.
• Crisis & Incident Management: Act as the primary lead for physical emergencies, site disruptions, or security breaches, coordinating swift resolutions alongside the Network Operations team
• Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE): Enforce absolute compliance with local and international safety regulations to guarantee a zero-harm environment for all employees and visitors

4. Admin Services & Vendor Ecosystems

• Vendor Management: Negotiation, and performance reviews for all soft and hard service providers (catering, cleaning, logistics, security) in partnership with the procurement department

Resource Consolidation: Leverage centralized purchasing to optimize administrative costs and overhead across multi-hub regional operations
