Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari Group owns 25 plants worldwide and has its own distribution network in 26 countries, and employs approximately 4,700 people.

Role Mission

  • Define the enterprise vision and operational objectives for an integrated Service Delivery Platform that consolidates end-to-end services to provide seamless, user-centric
    experiences efficiently.
  • Develop a modular and scalable framework for service enablement, supported by technology, data/AI, and self-service capabilities—while aligning with market priorities to
    maximize adoption.
  • Collaborate with Technology Platform leaders to ensure access to appropriate data and technological resources; note that this role does not oversee data strategy or technology design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Vision & Target Operating Model (TOM)

  • Own the Service Delivery Platform vision and TOM—service taxonomy, platform blueprint, roles and decision rights—ensuring alignment to corporate strategy and the
digital agenda; set guardrails that balance global standards with local flexibility.

2. Portfolio Leadership & Value Realization

  • Prioritize the enterprise service portfolio, sponsor multi-year roadmaps, and hold accountability for outcome realization (experience, cost-to-serve, speed, risk); direct
resources and investment to the highest-value journeys and markets.
  • Leverage Tech & Data capabilities for service enhancements : Work through Technology Owners to secure enabling tech, data and AI capabilities (workflow, integration, APIs, self-service, analytics); remove roadblocks and align standards, without leading architecture or hands-on implementation.

3. Global Governance & Performance

  • Establish service and platform governance (lifecycle, standards, controls), define KPI, SLA and experience metrics, and chair performance reviews—driving continuous
improvement from pilots to global scale.

4. Business Partnering & Change Leadership

  • Be the executive counterpart to business units and global functions: shape demand, sponsor robust business cases, and lead change and adoption across countries,
enabling citizen development and co-creation where appropriate.

5. Organization, Talent & Ways of Working

  • Build and inspire a high-performing multinational, multi-country leadership bench (service owners, product managers, platform operations); create Delivery Centers only
where it makes financial and talent sense, while maintaining the local human touch.

6. Risk, Compliance & Security by Design

  • Embed compliance and control requirements across the service lifecycle; ensure data access and identity models meet enterprise standards in partnership with IT and
    Security.

Ideal candidate profile

  • 15+ years’ experience in leadership role in structured multinationals (consumer goods/B2B background preferred)
  • Proven record designing, implementing, and scaling Service Delivery Models/Platforms with measurable outcomes
  • People leadership competencies gained in multinational, multi-country teams across shared services, local teams, and outsourcing ecosystems
  • Executive business partnering with global functions and P&L leaders; strong in demand shaping and investment/business cases
  • Mastery of Target Operating Models, service taxonomy, governance, and service-as-product lifecycle practices.
  • Change leadership in complex, cross-functional transformations; strong cross-cultural influence and executive communication
  • Strategic performance management expertise: KPI, SLA, experience metrics (CSAT/ESAT), adoption, cost-to-serve, cycle-time.
  • Technology & data acumen, to orchestrate the enablement and adoption via CIO/IT and platform owners (no necessarily direct experience in tech design/build)
  • Working knowledge of enabling platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform), workflow orchestration, APIs, automation/AI trends
  • Degree in Engineering/Business/Computer Science; MBA preferred; ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci/ACMP are plus
