FNZ is looking for a Head of Service Governance & Reporting to lead a new India-based capability supporting global service governance, operational reporting, evidence management and action tracking across FNZ’s international business.
This is a senior role for someone with strong experience in service governance, vendor management, operational risk, service operations, controls or reporting within a regulated financial services or technology environment.
The role will focus on building and leading a structured support function that helps ensure governance forums, management information, reporting processes, evidence management and service follow-up activities operate consistently and effectively across jurisdictions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, Internal Audit and senior business teams. The role is focused on enabling effective oversight through high-quality reporting, disciplined processes and strong operational follow-through. It is not a legal, contracting or regulatory decision-making role.
This is an opportunity to help build a new global support capability from India, with exposure to senior stakeholders across FNZ’s international business.
You will play a key role in creating structure, consistency and transparency across important service governance processes, helping FNZ continue to scale in a controlled, efficient and well-governed way.
