About the role
We are looking for a Head of SEO, who will lead a team of SEO, overseeing both on-site and off-site SEO strategies to drive organic growth. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market and keyword research, developing content plans, and setting measurable SEO goals. By using KPIs like organic traffic, search rankings, and click-through rates, you’ll evaluate the success of SEO campaigns and ensure strategies are executed on time and within budget. Additionally, you’ll optimize web content, paid search ads, and landing pages based on data-driven insights, while continuously reviewing and improving existing content to meet SEO best practices.
What You’ll Do
As a Head of SEO you will lead and manage a team of SEO team leads and specialists, ensuring the successful execution of both on-site and off-site SEO strategies. You will be responsible for researching market trends and keywords to develop effective content strategies, as well as setting measurable SEO targets. You’ll drive the optimization of website content, ads, and landing pages, using insights from performance data to refine and enhance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise a team of SEO managers and specialists and oversee the implementation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies.
● Conduct market and keyword research to develop content plans.
● Set SEO performance goals and measure them using KPIs, such as organic traffic, search rankings, search engine visibility, and click-through rate.
● Devise Search Engine Marketing strategies and ensure they are executed within deadlines and don’t exceed our budget.
● Optimize web content, paid search ads, and landing pages using data collected from SEO analysis and research.
● Monitor and analyze ongoing SEO campaigns to identify problem areas and suggest ways for improvement.
● Review and optimize old content according to SEO best practices.

You are a results-driven SEO leader with experience managing and mentoring teams to execute effective on-site and off-site strategies. You have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage market and keyword research to drive content development and achieve measurable SEO goals. You’re a strategic thinker who can optimize web content, paid search ads, and landing pages while continuously monitoring and improving campaign performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about using data to drive organic growth and improve overall SEO performance.
What We’re Looking For
● 4+ years of experience working as a Head of SEO or a similar role
● Knowledge of the best on-site and off-site SEO practices
● Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, and Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer), and web analytics software (WebTrends, UserTesting, and Google Analytics)
● Strong leadership and multitasking skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Detail-oriented, analytical, organized
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
