ACG_3552_JOB Our client is a leading organization in the industrial conglomerates industry, currently seeking a qualified professional to join their team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across both domestic and international markets.
Identify, approach, and secure long-term offtake agreements with international buyers and strategic customers.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, including utilities, traders, industrial clients, and other major biomass buyers.
Monitor market trends, pricing movements, customer demand, and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning, supply readiness, and delivery alignment.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, pricing strategy, and customer account development.
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to support business expansion and revenue growth.
Requirements
10–20 years of sales experience, preferably in biomass, renewable energy, commodities, industrial products, or related sectors.
Strong network with international buyers, especially across Southeast Asia and broader Asian markets.
Proven track record in securing large-volume contracts, long-term supply agreements, or major commercial deals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally to develop markets, manage customers, and support business growth.
