ACG_3553_JOB Our client is a leading organization in the industrial conglomerates industry, currently seeking a qualified professional to join their team.
Lead sales and business development activities across the South Vietnam region, with a focus on infrastructure and water-related projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, EPC contractors, consultants, infrastructure developers, and key project stakeholders.
Identify, pursue, and convert project-based sales opportunities in water supply, sewage systems, and related infrastructure sectors.
Manage the full tendering process, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and expand local distribution networks, channel partners, and strategic business relationships to support regional growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, upcoming projects, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities.
Deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and sales performance targets for the assigned region.
Requirements
10–18 years of sales or business development experience in water pipeline, infrastructure, construction materials, or related industries.
Strong understanding of Vietnam’s infrastructure market, public sector projects, and government procurement processes.
Established network with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, government agencies, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Proven experience managing large-scale project sales, tenders, commercial negotiations, and long sales cycles.
Fluent in English; Vietnamese language capability is preferred.
