Purpose Statement


We are looking for a

Head of Sales & Revenue

to own and scale our entire revenue engine across

Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success

. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure our go-to-market strategy converts into predictable, scalable growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will define our revenue playbook, build world-class teams, and deliver measurable top-line growth.


Key Responsibilities


Revenue Leadership & Strategy


  • Own end-to-end

    revenue strategy, forecasting, and monetization

    .


  • Define

    go-to-market plans

    for new products, markets, and partnerships.


  • Set and deliver against ambitious

    revenue growth targets

    with clear KPIs.


Sales & Partnerships


  • Build and lead

    high-performing sales and partnerships teams

    .


  • Create

    repeatable, data-driven sales processes

    for acquisition and upsell.


  • Drive strategic

    alliances, channel partnerships, and B2B/B2C sales

    initiatives.


Revenue Operations & Analytics


  • Establish a

    RevOps framework

    for pipeline visibility, attribution, and forecasting.


  • Collaborate with finance and data teams to track

    CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, and expansion revenue

    .


  • Deploy modern tools like

    Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Looker, and Mixpanel

    for revenue analytics.


Customer Success & Retention


  • Partner with Customer Success to drive

    upsells, renewals, and long-term retention

    .


  • Build processes to maximize

    net revenue retention (NRR)

    and customer lifetime value.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Align with

    Marketing

    on acquisition strategies and funnel optimization.


  • Provide

    feedback loops to Product

    for monetization features, pricing, and customer insights.


Requirements


  • 8+ years in

    revenue leadership roles

    (Head of Revenue, VP Sales, VP Revenue, etc.) in

    high-growth tech companies

    .


  • Proven record scaling revenue from

    early growth to tens/hundreds of millions ARR

    .


  • Strong understanding of

    unit economics

    , sales operations, and GTM strategy.


  • Experience managing

    multi-channel revenue teams

    across sales, partnerships, and success.


  • Exceptional

    leadership, communication, and analytical

    skills.


  • Exposure to

    FinTech, SaaS, or platform-based business models

    .


  • Experience with

    international expansion

    and

    B2B/B2C revenue models

    .


  • Familiarity with

    RevOps stacks

    and

    sales enablement platforms

    .
