As the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategies and managing the overall success of Qashier’s business in the Philippines. They will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, leading and developing our sales teams, and driving revenue growth across our target markets.
Responsibilities
Main owner of country revenue and gross profit targets.
Develop and execute clear, comprehensive commercial strategies to drive topline growth and achieve country business objectives.
Lead the Sales, Business Development and Merchant Growth (Customer Success) teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed targets.
Recruit and develop skilled, high performance and motivated sales executives, account managers and team leads.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and maximise commercial opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and revenue projections to track progress and drive accountability.
