About the Client

Our client is an international Payment Platform and Payment Service Provider (PSP) offering solutions for online payment acceptance, acquiring, processing, and related value‑added services. The core focus is to help businesses worldwide accept payments easily, optimise transaction performance, and manage risk and analytics.

The Lead Sales Manager will drive commercial growth and brand expansion in the United Kingdom, positioning our online payment solutions for e-commerce, digital goods, and retail merchants. You will build and manage a strong sales pipeline, develop strategic business opportunities, and lead complex C-level negotiations across technical, legal, compliance, and commercial domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the brand's development in the United Kingdom, aligning with market trends and strategic goals.

  • Establish an extensive sales pipeline, manage its development, and accurately forecast sales to senior management.

  • Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value prospects - focus on selling products to E-commerce/Digital goods/Retail merchants.

  • Present large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at the C-level.

  • Strong pipeline management via CRM tools to ensure an accurate forecast of performance and deliver consistent results among Tier 1 and Tier 2 prospects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Sales positions in a large-scale international enterprise, with a thorough understanding of the payments industry.

  • Proven success in complex C-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, legal, finance, and commercial aspects. Significant track record of achievements and successes in the targeted field of expertise.

  • Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information, including industry trends.

  • Proven deal closer and a strong negotiator.

  • Sales-oriented, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking, structured, and independent way of working.

  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner, including presentations.

  • Fluentin English and Russian. Other languages will be considered an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel.
