Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to
lead and manage the overall sales function of a real estate company. The role
is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies,
managing direct and indirect sales teams, and achieving company-wide sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and
implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business
goals

Set sales
targets, budgets, and KPIs for direct and indirect sales teams

Lead,
mentor, and manage sales managers, executives, and channel partners

Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Revenue & Performance Management

Drive sales
performance to achieve revenue and absorption targets

Review sales
pipeline, forecasts, and conversion ratios

Ensure
effective lead management and CRM utilization

Optimize
commission structures and incentive plans
Channel & Partner Management

Oversee
indirect sales channels including brokers and agencies

Approve
broker agreements and ensure compliance with company policies

Strengthen
relationships with key partners and high-value clients
Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate
with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotions

Work closely
with finance, legal, and customer service teams to ensure smooth closures

Handle
escalations related to pricing, negotiations, and major deals
Reporting & Governance

Prepare and
present sales performance reports to senior management
