Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Sales - new business to accelerate our growth across prioritized verticals and core markets. This role sits on the Commercial LeadershipTeam and plays a critical part in shaping our go-to-market approach while also being hands-on in driving pipeline, executing outbound motions, and closing deals.

You will lead a growing team and take ownership of designing and implementinga scalable, datadriven outbound strategy focused on four key verticals:

  • Media & Entertainment

  • Manufacturing

  • Law Enforcement & Defense, Healthcare

  • GLAMs

You will focus on generating new opportunities in our core geographies: Nordics, the UK, and DACH

This is a role for a leader who thrives on both strategy and execution — someone who can build a repeatable engine, inspire a team, and still enjoy owning and advancing their own sales pipeline.

This role is based in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the global new logo acquisition strategy, aligning closely with the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team

  • Develop a scalable outbound engine, including segmentation, ICP refinement, persona development, playbooks, sequences, and outreach frameworks

  • Partner with Vertical Owners to shape targeted gotomarket motions, content, and campaigns

  • Personally manage a portion of the new business pipeline with clear weekly activity and revenue targets

  • Execute outbound outreach in priority markets and verticals, leveraging accountbased strategies where relevant

  • Monitor pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and outbound and inbound performance — and act on insights quickly

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives

  • Recruit and scale the team as the organiszation and pipeline grow.

  • Work closely with thePartner Manager, KAMs and Vertical owner to align outbound strategy

  • Partner with Marketing on inbound lead follow-up strategy

  • Improve outbound cadences, playbooks, and automation to maximize efficiency

  • Ensure high CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and transparent reporting

You are both a strategic leader and a strong executor. You combine sharp GTM thinking with a hands-on approach and the discipline to scale what works. You’re comfortable leading a team, owning revenue, and building a world-class sales engine.

We are looking for the following experiences and qualifications:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven success driving new logo acquisition

  • Experience leading and scaling a sales or business development team

  • Strong outbound and inbound and pipeline creation expertise

  • Experience working across multiple verticals or with complex enterprise stakeholders

  • A structured, analytical, and metrics driven approach to sales

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success

  • High level of drive, curiosity, and a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
