What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion, including identifying new market opportunities, assessing market potential, and defining market entry strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets based on market size, growth potential, competitive intensity, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement market entry plans, including market segmentation, target customer profiling, distribution channel strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, distributors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of expansion efforts.
  • Develop and manage expansion budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective execution of expansion plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate expansion performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and challenges associated with market expansion, including regulatory compliance, operational constraints, and competitive threats.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in market expansion and business development.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • years of experience in market expansion, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving successful market entry and growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in international market expansion, including market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, and cross-cultural management, preferred.
