Job Description

Your Contribution

  • Define and execute sales strategy for key accounts to drive growth
  • Align global sales activities with business targets
  • Lead budgeting, track performance, and take corrective actions
  • Drive new business acquisition and oversee key projects
  • Define pricing, product strategy, and commercial approach
  • Lead contract negotiations and key customer discussions
  • Align teams and ensure strong cooperation with Business Units
  • Monitor market trends, demand, and competitors
  • Share insights to support business decisions
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Expand network across customer organizations
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and complaint handling
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • University Bachelor Degree or above
  • Experience in sales management
  • Experience as sales to Japanese car makers
  • Mother tongue level Japanese and business English language skills
