Maverick Drinks is looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead our next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-performance culture, loves building winning teams, and knows how to turn great brands into category leaders. You’ll take ownership of our commercial strategy, lead a talented sales organisation, and drive distribution and growth of the Maverick Drinks portfolio across the UK and international markets.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll be responsible for driving the commercial success of Maverick Drinks across grocery, wholesale, specialist retail, the on-trade, and international markets (EMEA & APAC).
You will lead our National Accounts team, UK Field Sales team and Regional Sales Managers, ensuring the business continues to grow through strong distribution, strategic partnerships and exceptional account management.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine strategic thinking with commercial execution.
