The Head of Sales & Marketing (HoSM) will take the helm in managing our two primary routes to market (Trade Merchant and Distributor) ensuring we consistently hit and exceed our ambitious sales targets. As a dynamic leader, the HoSM will inspire and guide a diverse team that includes Inbound and Outbound Telesales, Field Sales, Key Account Executives, and Business Development & Marketing professionals. This role is crucial in turning our company’s vision into strategic, actionable plans that drive measurable results. The HoSM will champion efforts to boost performance, increase revenue, achieve budgeted EBITDA levels, and fuel both organic and inorganic growth for the business.
