Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic commercial leader to join our organization as Head of Sales LATAM This executive role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, optimizing sales performance, and leading the regional sales organization across Latin America. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy, managing key accounts, and ensuring a seamless transition within the regional structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement annual and multi-year sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead and develop high-performing, multicultural, and geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and ensure achievement of commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Operations to align regional initiatives.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective integration and continuity during organizational transitions.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within the home appliances or white goods industry.
  • Proven track record in managing regional LATAM operations and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with high-volume, complex contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market and an established network of industry contacts.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
