Job Description

**Hybrid work schedule, must be local to either Anaheim, CA; Dallas, TX; Portland, OR; Washington, D.C. metro**

Our award-winning client is seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. Our rapidly growing IT consulting firm seeks a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the charge in the Capital Markets, Banking & Insurance (CB&I) vertical. You'll leverage your 6+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams in the technology and managed services space, with a proven track record in the CB&I industry, to propel our U.S. expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and empower a sales team to identify, pursue, and close deals across multiple industries, with a focus on CB&I.

  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve ambitious goals.

  • Foster a collaborative environment built on trust and respect, driving team success.

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with targeted prospects and key accounts.

  • Cultivate existing relationships and uncover untapped potential within our client base.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales action plan to maximize revenue and secure new clients.

Strategic & Analytical Expertise:

  • Analyze client needs and tailor solutions that perfectly align with their requirements.

  • Provide insightful sales forecasts and implement effective business development plans.

  • Understand client culture, decision-makers, and competitive landscapes to craft compelling sales presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) with a minimum of 6 years experience leading sales teams in the technology/managed services space, specifically within the CB&I industry.

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and driving sales results in complex environments.

  • Strong negotiation, project management, and account management skills.

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) and leadership abilities.

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite.
