You will define and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring strong market positioning and sustainable revenue growth. You will continuously refine strategies based on market trends, performance insights, and competitive dynamics.
You will own top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. You will set clear revenue targets, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to consistently exceed sales objectives.
You will identify growth opportunities and expand into new markets. You will drive both organic and inorganic growth while increasing trading volumes on the platform.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional partners, and stakeholders. You will promote the company's financial products and services to drive adoption and long-term engagement.
You will lead, mentor, and scale the sales team. You will establish performance frameworks, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a high-performing, results-driven culture.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business strategy. You will ensure seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.
You will conduct ongoing research on fintech and crypto market trends, providing strategic insights to senior management and adapting sales approaches accordingly.
You will oversee sales operations, including CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. You will ensure data-driven decision-making and optimise sales processes for efficiency.
