This pivotal role is central to shaping and driving wholesale sales, marketing, and brand strategy across the APAC region. You will report to the regional leadership team and lead the development and execution of country-level wholesale strategies that accelerate sustainable growth, sharpen commercial performance, and build long-term brand and market strength across APAC.
Own and drive the strategic direction of 3-5 years wholesale sales & marketing strategy across APAC countries.
Lead the development and execution of product launch strategy in partnership with country teams.
Shape product portfolio and price strategy to drive sustainable price performance across markets.
Own lead generation and digital hub strategy to deliver high-performing pipelines to wholesale and retail.
Own brand management and execution, driving consistent go-to-market impact across countries.
Experience
15+ years in wholesale sales & marketing leadership.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate regional direction into country-level execution.
Experience owning a sales & marketing P&L.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong people leadership.
