💼 About the Role

As Head of Sales Department, you will lead international B2B growth across the Baltics, Europe, Central Asia, and other priority markets. You will shape the commercial strategy, manage regional sales teams, develop partner channels, and build senior relationships with banks and enterprise clients. This role offers direct influence over revenue growth, sales performance, and the company’s long-term market position.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Build and execute an international sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth priorities;
• Set annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets, ensuring clear ownership and commercial accountability;
• Identify new markets, customer segments, partner channels, and revenue opportunities across banking, FinTech, retail, and cash management;
• Develop strategic accounts with banks, financial institutions, cash-in-transit providers, retailers, and other enterprise clients;
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity qualification and proposal strategy through negotiation and contract closing;
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and institutional decision-makers;
• Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and regional teams against measurable KPIs;
• Improve CRM adoption, pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and commercial reporting;
• Work with product, marketing, project, and implementation teams to connect market demand with product development and successful delivery;
• Expand distributor, technology partner, and regional partner networks to increase market reach.

🎓 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in banking technology, FinTech, enterprise IT, SaaS, payments, or a related sector;
• At least 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and KPI ownership;
• A proven record of winning complex international enterprise deals with long sales cycles;
• Experience building relationships with senior executives, institutional buyers, and strategic partners;
• Strong commercial judgement, financial literacy, and market analysis capabilities;
• The ability to translate commercial strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue growth;
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management;
• Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of banking technology, payments, ATMs, self-service, or cash management solutions;
• Experience selling software together with hardware, integration, or managed services;
• An established professional network across European or Central Asian financial markets;
• Russian or another language relevant to the company’s target regions.
