At Premier Foods, we're home to some of the UK's most loved food brands and we're on an exciting growth journey internationally. As our North American business continues to expand, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales USA to help accelerate our growth across the US market.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership role within a rapidly growing business. You'll lead the commercial strategy and sales execution across Grocery, Natural, Club, Mass, E-commerce and Distributor channels, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding distribution and delivering profitable customer partnerships.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll have the opportunity to shape our US growth agenda while building and developing a high-performing sales team.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute the USA sales and distribution strategy to deliver revenue, profit and market share growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the North American sales team, creating a high-performance culture.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and broker partners to drive executional excellence.
• Lead annual customer business planning and commercial negotiations.
• Manage customer P&Ls and maximise the effectiveness of trade investment.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to deliver ambitious growth plans.
• Drive distribution expansion and optimise product assortment across channels.
• Provide regular performance reviews, insights and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
• Represent Premier Foods at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.
• Travel across the USA as required and periodically to the UK.

What we need from you

• Significant sales leadership experience within the CPG/FMCG sector.
• A proven track record of leading national accounts and high-performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with extensive P&L management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering growth across multiple retail and distributor channels.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Experience using syndicated data platforms such as IRI, Nielsen or Spins would be advantageous.
• A passion for developing people and building successful teams.
