We are now seeking a Head of Salesto lead and shape the future of our sales function.

Your Opportunity

As Head of Sales, you will lead thesales strategy and performance across 17Anglicare Seniors Communitiesvillages -including new developments and established villages.This is agrowthportfolio that will see the portfolio double in size to 6,500 dwellings by 2040.

Anglicare Sydney is one of the largest and most trusted providers in the sector, with a retirement living portfolio continuing to expand. This is a genuine leadership role with real influence oversalesstrategy,growthand outcomes,not just a management position

In this role, you will:

  • Drivesalesperformance across new developments, resales and enquiryconversionsaligned to commercial targets

  • Coach and develop ahighperformingsales team across multiple sites

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders from Property, Marketing and Village Operations to deliver a high-quality seamless customer experience.

  • Partner withstakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience that is notably the best in class

  • Oversee pricing, releaseprogramsandgotomarkettiming

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Property, Finance and Operations

  • Lead reporting and provide commercial insights to senior leadershipand contribute to designing the future of seniors living

You’rea commercially astute sales leader who thrives in complex,multisiteenvironments and knows how to drive both performance and customer experience.

  • Strong background in property, retirement living, orofftheplansales environments

  • Proven ability to lead and scalehighperformingsales teams

  • Strong commercial acumen,forecastingand pricing capability

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadcrossfunctionalcollaboration

  • Datadrivenmindset with strong attention to detail

  • Tertiary qualification in business,propertyor related field

  • Current driver’s licenceand real estate licence (desirable).

  • Experience in retirement living orservicedrivenbrandsis highly regarded.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville. Together, we are committed to improving the health outcomes for children today and in the future.

In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
