Job Description


A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Sales Manager to lead national sales operations during a key phase of growth and transformation.


The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational sales performance, strengthening leadership capability, and enhancing customer engagement across the business. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader capable of building a high-performance culture while ensuring strong commercial execution and operational discipline.


The Country Sales Manager will oversee sales strategy, operational performance, forecasting, customer engagement, and team leadership across multiple locations and channels. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments to support long-term business objectives and transformation initiatives.

Requirements


  • Minimum 12+ years of sales leadership experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale sales operations

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvement

  • Experience leading multi-site or regional sales teams

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Ability to drive transformation and performance improvement initiatives

  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and operational management skills

  • Experience working within highly competitive and fast-paced environments

  • GCC market experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA or advanced business qualification preferred
