Job Description

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies. 
What’s in store for you:You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own Inbound & Outbound sales targets, day-to-day operations, strategies and OKRs
  • Lead Inbound & Outbound Global Sales Team 
  • Coach and motivate team members, guide them through the data-driven sales process
  • Manage team’s performance by setting personal KPIs and career goals
  • Participate in the recruiting, onboarding, and coaching of new SDRs and AEs
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Represent the team, their ideas and implement changes
  • Collect, process and share customer feedback to product teams
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team
  • Represent company in conferences worldwide

Your skills & experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or client management role selling B2B SaaS products or IT solutions
  • Previous experience in managing sales or account management teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • A data-driven approach to sales and sales processes
  • Experience in working with different sales tools (salesforce, gong, MixMax, etc.); 
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of latest sales techniques & best practices

  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in working with developer audiences, developer tools, software development processes, and web technologies
  • Experience in working with product-led bottom-up sales motion

Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:

  • Gross salary: starting from 4000 EUR/month. This position provides a fixed base only. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
