Head of Sales (North Vietnam)

Open candidates from Real Estate, Finance Services, Investment, Professional Services, Technology or Priority VIP Customer experience

This position offers full P&L accountability and the opportunity to lead impactful projects, collaborating closely with top developers to deliver premium residential solutions. We're seeking an ambitious sales leader with experience in a fast-paced, tech-savvy, and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team by implementing innovative strategies that set new benchmarks in luxury residential sales.
  • P&L Management Take full ownership of the P&L, using data-driven insights to optimize resources, maximize revenue, and deliver outstanding financial performance.
  • Achieving Sales Goals Establish ambitious targets and devise creative strategies to consistently surpass sales objectives for both new and existing developments.
  • Team Development Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of sales consultants across Hanoi and Danang, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven culture.
  • Market Expansion Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities domestically and internationally to broaden Company' presence in the luxury real estate market.
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with developer clients, ensuring tailored, high-value solutions are delivered to meet their needs.
  • Marketing Campaigns Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns that resonate with luxury buyers, driving exceptional results.

Product and Client Focus:

  • Global Perspective Work on luxury developments across key global markets bringing international insights to local projects.
  • Strategic Partnerships Collaborate with high-caliber partners, including real estate developers, tech innovators, and private banks.
  • Diverse Portfolio Manage a portfolio that includes luxury residences, branded properties, and resort developments, offering exciting challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborative Approach Partner with Company teams globally to drive cross-border sales success in international markets.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership Build and lead an agile Residential Sales team across Hanoi and Danang, attracting top talent and promoting continuous learning, digital expertise, and market responsiveness.
  • Sales and Marketing Innovation Own the P&L and drive revenue growth through cutting-edge sales and marketing initiatives. Build a VIP client base with personalized, high-impact sales experiences.
  • Business Development Cultivate relationships with key clients, from tech innovators to traditional real estate partners, while identifying new product and investment opportunities.
  • Thought Leadership Position Company as a leader in luxury real estate through seminars, workshops, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Vietnamese National Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Sales Expertise Proven experience leading sales and marketing campaigns in high-growth industries such as tech.
  • Leadership Skills Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Client Engagement Experience working with C-level executives, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), and luxury sector stakeholders.
  • Global Mindset International work or educational experience with an understanding of global market trends.
  • Industry Flexibility Strong commercial acumen, with openness to candidates from sectors such as tech, finance, and professional services.
  • Presentation Skills Confident and polished public speaker with a track record of delivering compelling presentations.
