This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving strong revenue growth and fast business expansion in Thailand, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role includes providing strong leadership and guidance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives, and fostering close collaboration with strategic partners in Thailand and across the region to support business growth and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Qualifications
Strong and proven track record in Sales and Team Leadership
Excellent business analytical skills with hands-on enterprise solution approaches
Proactive, professional, performance-oriented mentality with strong integrity
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with hands-on experience in solution proposals and reviews, combined with strong business acumen
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and customers at management and leadership levels, in both Thai and English (including written communication and documentation)
Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong experience in enterprise management software solutions is a plus
