Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial growth and defined sales targets of VLS two wheeler business in across Southeast Asia . Markets include Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & Philippines. Product categories would be – Bearings, Clutch, Brake PAD & Shoes, Belts, chain kit, spark plug, Injector, Fuel Delivery module, Lubes, Sensors, Motors, etc..
• Prepare & get the management approvals for techno-commercial business case of new IAM programs/projects.
• Define roadmap for 2WS VLS Growth strategy in SEA
• Drive and monitor the sales performance of defined VLS customers
• Review the 2WS development with management for required approvals, status update, timely decisions, and escalation (if any).
• Activeley project manage the functional activities ( Product, Purchasing, Supply Chain etc) to ensure sales targets are met
• Monitor the sales performance of new programs and suggest the appropriate measures (through market feedback) to ramp up the performance to it’s defined target.
• Monitor the project life cycle and suggest the appropriate actions to enhance it’s targeted performance.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must coordinate with cross functions to develop the required product pipeline for south east asia.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical background.
• Knowledge of two wheelerspare parts in Automotive business. Familiar with the Automotive Aftermarket.
• Good communication skills
• Very good spoken and written in English & local market language.
• Strong technical knowledge
• Techno-commercial mind set.
• Knowledge in Schaeffler products and production processes.
• Good team worker but also autonomous.
• Willing to travel across the markets.
• Experience in leading sales team
