To support this next chapter, we are seeking a Head of Safety & Risk Management to design and lead the next generation of our safety culture and enterprise risk management strategy. This role will embed safety into how we design facilities, launch new sites and processes, deploy technology, and make day-to-day operational decisions.
This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape how FCP Euro grows—safely, sustainably, and proactively.

Compensation:
This is an exempt role with a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $170,800 to $219,600 annually.
