At CEVA Logistics, we Rise in Motion. Your career is always on the move, growing as fast and as far as your ambition takes you. Join a global team of nearly 200 nationalities, shaping the future of global trade, moving essential goods, forging new paths, and pushing boundaries to serve an ever-changing world. The pace is fast, the challenges are real, but the rewards are greater: growth, purpose, and the chance to make a meaningful impact. This is more than a job. It’s a journey on which you rise.

YOUR ROLE

As Head of Reward, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the reward agenda across CEVA’s UKIN business. This is a key leadership role, working as part of CEVA’s wider regional and global Reward network, where you will contribute to group-wide reward priorities and initiatives and translate these into effective solutions for the UKIN business.

You will lead the implementation and delivery of reward programmes, ensuring group reward initiatives are effectively embedded within the business whilst maintaining strong governance, consistency and compliance across our reward practices.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

This is a role for someone who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, someone who can look at the data, understand the commercial context and turn it into clear recommendations that make a difference.

You will:

  • Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus and incentive arrangements and wider reward activity for both unionised and non-unionised colleagues.
  • Lead salary and rate range management, job evaluation and reward benchmarking, providing insight to support competitive and consistent reward practices across UKIN.
  • Provide expert reward advice and insight to senior stakeholders, both in country and internationally, supporting reward-related decision making.
  • Lead the review, implementation and ongoing management of benefits and wider employee reward propositions, including pension arrangements and broker and benefits renewals.
  • Support the development and management of salary budgets, providing reward insight to inform workforce planning, negotiations and financial decision making.
  • Ensure reward policies, processes and practices are underpinned by strong governance and compliance with relevant UK, Ireland and Nordic legislation and regulatory requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Significant senior-level reward experience, ideally gained within a complex organisation.
  • Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits, salary structures, benchmarking and incentive arrangements.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering reward strategies.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and confidently challenging where appropriate.
  • Strong understanding of UK reward legislation and best practice
  • A pragmatic and commercially minded approach, with the ability to balance colleague expectations with business affordability.
  • The confidence to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment and take ownership of complex challenges.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package that includes competitive annual leave entitlement with a fantastic holiday buy scheme, pension and life assurance along with access to an employee benefits platform that offers discounts on gym memberships and money off vouchers for a diverse range of retail, travel and hospitality brands. There’s no doubt that you will be compensated for your hard work and commitment so if you’d like to work for one of the top Logistics providers in the world then please do get in touch to find your next role.
