This is a senior leadership role where you’ll design and drive reward frameworks across salary, incentives, and benefits - ensuring they’re competitive, equitable, and aligned to business goals. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the People and Culture leadership team, you’ll business partner senior leaders providing expert advice on remuneration, governance, incentives and performance outcomes. This is a role for someone who balances strategy with action - using data, education, and clear communication to simplify complexity and empower the business.

This role can be based either at either our Sydney offices (Warriewood or Surry Hills beside central train station) or in our Singapore office – we also offer flexible working.

Who are you?

  • A seasoned Reward Leader with deep expertise in remuneration strategy and governance

  • Comfortable operating in manufacturing/FMCG environments, Asian markets experience critical

  • Skilled in designing and delivering both executive and broadbased reward frameworks

  • A confident influencer who can engage senior leaders and present at executive/board level

  • A clear, natural communicator who can turn complex concepts into simple, practical language

  • A supportive, empowering leader who enjoys developing and guiding their team
