Job Description

About The Role

The Head of Revenue Process Architecture is a strategic thinker with a deep expertise in sales process mapping, requirement synthesis, and commercial workflow optimization. In this role, you will serve as the master architect of our end-to-end sales processes, acting as the operational bridge between revenue teams and our Product organization. You will be responsible for deeply understanding, mapping, and refining complex business requirements into cohesive strategic blueprints. By synthesizing incoming requests and establishing clear prioritization from the sales side, you will hand off fully baked process maps and operational requirements to the Product team, allowing them to focus seamlessly on technology translation and execution. You will also partner with the Product team to perform competitor analyses in 3rd party solution space and drive integration and adoption of Agentic AI tooling.

As a leader in this space, you are highly collaborative, analytical, and excel at translating real-world sales motions into scalable operational frameworks. You don't just gather requirements; you deeply understand the mechanics of the customer and seller journeys to ensure our technology stack scales cleanly alongside our business strategy.

What you get to do every day

  • Deep Process Mapping & Optimization: Document, analyze, and optimize end-to-end sales processes, uncovering inefficiencies and designing high-yield workflows that improve seller velocity and data integrity.

  • Intake & Strategic Prioritization: Serve as the central intake point for all sales technology requests. Synthesize disparate needs from various revenue stakeholders into a cohesive, unified sales tech strategy and a clearly prioritized roadmap.

  • Product Team Partnership: Act as the primary business-side partner to the Product team, translating sales process blueprints into actionable functional requirements so Product can successfully drive the engineering lifecycle.

  • Future-State Innovation: Partner with leadership and product teams to define and execute the Agentic AI vision for Sales, identifying where intelligent automation and AI agents can deeply embed into our sales workflows to drive step-function productivity.

  • 3rd Party Tooling Assessment: Collaborate with cross-functional peers on competitor analysis and third-party tooling evaluations, providing deep sales-process context to ensure selected vendors align with our architectural roadmap.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Run collaborative process reviews with commercial leadership to resolve operational friction, ensure data mapping consistency, and maintain strong cross-functional buy-in.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales process architecture, revenue operations, business systems analysis, or commercial product management. People management experience preferred.

  • Mastery in Sales Process Mapping: Documented success in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing complex, end-to-end sales processes and customer/seller journeys.

  • Strategic Synthesis & Prioritization: Proven track record of managing central intake for commercial teams, synthesizing disparate and ambiguous business requests into a cohesive, prioritized strategy and roadmap.

  • Forward-Looking Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or strong interest in emerging revenue technologies, specifically contributing to the strategic vision of embedding Agentic AI and intelligent automation into sales workflows.

  • Tooling Evaluation: Experience performing third-party competitor analysis and tool evaluations, ensuring software choices align cleanly with established sales processes.

  • Data & Workflow Governance: Strong understanding of cross-functional data mapping, commercial workflow architecture, and maintaining data integrity across a scaling enterprise tech stack.

  • Communication & Alignment Mastery: Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex workflow blueprints clearly to commercial leaders and build alignment across competing business units.

  • Execution & Ownership: A strong sense of urgency, structural organization, and ownership required to manage complex process lifecycles from initial discovery and synthesis to successful business handoff.

  • Ability to Travel: 5%
