Our client in the retail industry is looking for an experienced leader to drive profitability, operational excellence, and multi-site store growth The role requires strong expertise in P&L management, inventory control, and KPI achievement across convenience and supermarket formats.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive profitability across different store formats and manage financial KPIs tightly.
• Drive revenue growth while protecting profitability.
• Ensure efficient, standardized store operations tailored to each format.
• Optimize inventory flow, availability, and shrink control across diverse models.
• Optimize daily operations across all store formats.
• Lead seamless rollout of new stores and remodels across multiple formats.
• Minimize stockouts and overstocks through efficient flow management.
• Ensure planogram, pricing, and promotions excellence.
• Maintain operational, legal, and brand standards across every store.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business; masters degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.
• Proven success in managing multi-site retail operations, including convenience and supermarket formats.
• Expertise in driving operational strategies aligned with both commercial and financial objectives.
• Proven track record in optimizing processes, managing costs, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs across multiple formats.
