Job Description

At WSA, we combine strong business understanding with advanced technology to support and scale our global retail operations. Our ERP landscape plays a critical role in enabling efficient processes, data transparency, and seamless collaboration across markets.

As part of our global IT organization, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our Retail ERP ecosystem. You will drive both the stability of our current solutions and the evolution of our ERP landscape to support future growth. If you are motivated by leading transformation, working closely with business stakeholders, and building structure in a complex and evolving environment, you will find both purpose and impact here at WSA.

The Team

You will lead a distributed Retail ERP setup consisting of both internal team members and external partners. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Retail, Finance, and IT stakeholders across the organization.

As the setup is still evolving, this role offers a strong opportunity to shape the team structure, ways of working, and governance model.

What you will do

As Head of Retail ERP, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our Retail ERP solutions, ensuring they effectively support business operations today while evolving to meet future needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the Retail ERP strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals

  • Ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing ERP operations, including service delivery, SLAs, and system performance

  • Acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for ERP-related topics across IT and business stakeholders

  • Driving ERP rollouts to new entities and supporting global template governance and standardization

  • Partnering closely with Retail and Finance teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and user experience

  • Collaborating with BI and business teams to improve data transparency and analytics capabilities

  • Managing external vendors, including contracts, performance, and cost control

  • Building and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

  • Driving the implementation of structured ways of working, including ITIL-based processes for incident and change management

Your background

We imagine that you bring strong experience within ERP environments and leadership roles, combined with the ability to operate effectively in complex, global organizations.

Experience

  • Solid experience working with ERP systems (ideally within retail and/or finance domains)

  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and external vendors

  • Experience operating in international and distributed environments

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how systems support them

  • Experience with service delivery, system ownership, and governance

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes such as incident and change management

  • Experience from regulated industries is considered an advantage

Personal competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT

  • Structured and strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach

  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity in evolving environments

  • High level of ownership and accountability

  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to lead across cultures and geographies
