Position Overview
A prestigious luxury resort in Mauritius is seeking a refined and floor-driven Head of Restaurants to oversee 1 to 2 dining outlets and elevate the standard of service across the property. This is a deeply hands-on role for a hospitality leader who comes from a restaurant background and brings deep expertise in classical, refined European service. The ideal candidate is a natural host who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and brings genuine finesse to every guest interaction.

Location: Mauritius
Outlets Overseen: 1 to 2 restaurants
Direct Reports: 6 Restaurant Managers
Relocation Status: Single status only
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: USD 1,000 to 1,500 per month
Plus Transport Allowance + Housing Allowance.
