As Head of Remuneration Advisory, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how SEEK approaches remuneration across APAC. This newly created leadership role has been established to strengthen strategic remuneration partnering across the business and elevate the impact of the Remuneration & Benefits team as a trusted advisor to leaders, HRBPs and the broader People & Culture function.
This role has been created to build stronger connections between remuneration, people strategy and business outcomes, making it one of the most visible and influential remuneration leadership opportunities within SEEK.
