In this role, it is important to work in line with Danish Crown's core principles of Totality, Talent, Ambition, Trust, and Followership This means acting with a regional and Group-wide mindset, building strong cross-functional partnerships, taking ownership of results, and driving collaboration across markets, production sites and functions.
As Head of Supply Chain South Europe, you will be responsible for leading and optimising the end-to-end supply chain performance across the South Europe region.
You will ensure alignment between demand, production capacity, inventory levels and distribution activities, while driving the regional S&OP process and supporting business objectives through effective planning and execution.
Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Global Supply Chain stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating a stable, predictable and efficient supply chain organisation that delivers high service levels and supports profitable growth.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain leader who thrives in a complex international environment. You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and countries.
You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, driving performance while building strong relationships across the organisation.
This is a role with significant impact on business performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across South Europe.
