
Reporting directly to the Deputy Managing Director, the Head of Recruitment and Events Delivery is a critical executive leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering one of Australia's largest and most strategically significant recruitment programs in support of the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
Leading a national, high-performing recruitment and events function, you will partner with Adecco and Defence stakeholders to recruit the right people, in the right numbers, at the right time to strengthen Australia's future defence capability. Combining strategic leadership with commercial and operational accountability, you will drive innovation, build trusted executive relationships and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes across a complex, high-profile national contract.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading multiple national functions—including National Recruiting, National Candidate Experience, and National Events & Engagement you will ensure the successful delivery of recruitment outcomes while fostering strong partnerships across Adecco, the Australian Defence Force and key stakeholders.
This role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability and operational excellence, requiring an executive who can confidently navigate complexity, inspire high-performing teams and deliver results within a large, fast-paced environment.
