Job Description

This is a diverse opportunity for a passionate experienced real estate professional to strengthen the asset management of the current real estate portfolio and to drive the success of the ongoing and planned real estate developments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive the performance of a significant real estate portfolio by combining asset management, investment and project management skills. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop real estate asset and real estate development budgets (DCF), manage budgets, prepare financial statements, conduct variance analysis
• Report on project financial performance and construction progress
•  Assist in the negotiation and review of construction contracts, work closely with property managers, project managers, general contractors and joint-venture partners
• Review and approve Capex invoices based on budgets and contracts and work closely with the accounting department
• Manage relationships with tenants, manage contracts, review ancillary costs and lead the AGM
• Assist in property acquisition, transition and disposition process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in Real Estate or Finance
• Strong Real Estate Project Management experience on a large scale
• At least five years’ work experience in a Real Estate environment
• Experience working on financial modeling
