Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/year

Sashco is a 90-years-young family owned, fast paced, manufacturer of caulking, stains, and sealants for the housing industry. We recently moved to a brand new 2.5X larger facility with a state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing plant in Thornton (Denver) Colorado. We are skilled at marketing and driven by innovation. Key Functions:
- Participate on the Leadership Team making company-wide decisions and contributing to long and short ranges plans.
- Develop the strategic plan for the R&D team.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the R&D team.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in technology and channels
- Measure performance and productivity
- Provide technical direction and oversight.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Production, and Customer Service
- Increase analytical tools (DOE, AI, etc)
- Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan.
QualificationsWe want to hear from you if you have/are:
- Served as unit or company leader of R&D
- Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Chemistry or related field
- Ability to provide technical help to R&D staff
- 10+ years of progressive career growth including management of teams.
- Experience functioning on top leadership teams.
- Creativity and valuable networking contacts.
