  • Able to deliver high quality outputs suitable for C-Suite level audience, often at pace, ensuring consistently high standards delivered for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and manage the quantitative research team, ensuring high-quality delivery of research projects ad-hoc and trackers.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quantitative research.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement and contributing to broader Sky’s Believe in Better culture.

What you’ll bring

Essential criteria:

  • Strong commercial research experience, with a track record of using quantitative insight to inform pricing, packaging, proposition development, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth strategies, ideally within subscription-based or consumer businesses.
  • Advanced understanding of sampling, weighting and calibration methodologies, with experience developing robust approaches to improve representativeness, forecasting accuracy and estimation of market opportunity or headroom.
  • Proven ability to integrate survey, behavioural and commercial data sources to generate actionable recommendations and influence senior stakeholders, including Executive and C-Suite audiences.
  • A dynamic and experienced leader with a growth mindset, able to inspire and develop high-performing teams while building strong collaborative relationships across a complex matrix organisation. Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, fostering insight-led debate and driving alignment around evidence-based decisions.
