About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure CIMIC delivers robust, efficient and compliant quality and completions practices that support safe, consistent, risk‑informed and on‑time execution of work from project commencement through to final handover.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving digital integration, real‑time visibility and connected workforce practices to enhance collaboration and support proactive, end‑to‑end quality and completions management.
Leading data‑driven decision‑making, improving traceability, transparency and predictive insights across delivery, commissioning and close‑out.
Developing and implementing targeted risk‑management processes focused on high‑impact quality and completions risks to strengthen prevention capability and delivery certainty.
Embedding and governing progressive delivery practices, ensuring inspections, verifications and documentation are completed in sequence as work progresses.
Influencing senior leaders to prioritise quality and completions, driving strategic alignment, accountability and a culture that values completion readiness as a core project success factor.
Overseeing the end‑to‑end completions framework, including punchlists, defect rectification, verification dossiers and readiness checks to support smooth and timely handover.
Growing offshore workflow capability and strengthening collaboration to streamline completions documentation and close‑out support.
Establishing and maintaining completions performance metrics and dashboards to improve visibility, decision‑making and continuous improvement across projects.
Leading Teambinder governance, including configuration management and training to ensure consistent and disciplined delivery processes.

About You – Qualifications & Experience
To be successful, you will bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification or substantial experience leading enterprise‑level quality and completions functions within complex project environments.
Formal auditor or lead‑auditor qualifications, with strong capability in applying assurance frameworks across large‑scale operations.
Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and contemporary quality, verification and completions practices.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, engage diverse stakeholders and build commitment to quality and completions excellence.
Proven experience leading teams, strengthening progressive delivery practices and driving continuous improvement across multifaceted project portfolios.
