Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Network Development and Management:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners. Ensure the network meets the needs of policyholders and provides access to quality care.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Lead negotiations with healthcare providers to establish contracts that are financially favorable and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments, ensuring terms are up-to-date and reflect current market conditions.

Provider Performance Management:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare providers within the network, using metrics such as quality of care, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and corrective actions as needed.

Provider Credentialing

• Ensuring that all providers meet the necessary qualifications, standards, and regulatory requirements to deliver care
