About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee a $2B portfolio, ensuring robust performance and sustainable growth in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
• Lead and inspire a team of ~300 professionals—including seasoned leaders and technical experts—distributed across 5 states.
• Navigate and influence within a sophisticated matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
• Set vision and strategy for a large-scale operation, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive growth and profitability across our Property & Casualty lines
• Achieve ambitious growth and profit targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners
• Champion technical excellence and creative underwriting
• Implement market initiatives and expand Chubb’s presence
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in managing large, complex portfolios and leading sizable, geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder interests.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced expertise in underwriting, risk management, and people leadership
• Creative negotiation skills and experience developing new insurance products
