About the Job
The Head of Project Delivery is accountable for the execution of the Site Smart Factory roadmap, ensuring digital solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
This role leads a team of Solution Implementation Leads (SILs) and oversees end-to-end delivery, from planning and deployment through user adoption and transition to operations. The Head of Project Delivery ensures consistent execution, effective governance, and cross-functional alignment while driving adoption and value realization across the site.

About You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
5+ years of experience in Computerized System Implementation OR Project Management.
1+ year of people management experience.
Pharma consulting experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Experience in Smart Factory, digital manufacturing, or transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and data-driven technologies.
Strong understanding of digital solution implementation and project delivery.
Experience with system incident and risk management.
Main responsibilities:
People Leadership & Capability Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Implementation Leads (SILs), ensuring accountability, engagement, and strong delivery performance.
Build and strengthen delivery capabilities, including project execution, implementation excellence, and change management.
Plan and evolve team capacity, skills, and structure to support current and future Smart Factory priorities, including talent development and succession planning.
Project Portfolio Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of Smart Factory initiatives across the site.
Ensure project scope and delivery timing committed to Site Smart Factory roadmap is aligned to business priorities.
Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across the portfolio.
Maintain Smart Factory Project Deployment Budget.
Delivery Planning & Coordination
Support translation of roadmap priorities into executable delivery plans.
Coordinate project activities including pilots, deployments, and scaling across the site.
Ensure alignment with defined delivery models, standards, and core templates.
Maintain and prioritize delivery backlog in alignment with business priorities.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Establish and maintain delivery governance (weekly reviews, monthly steering committees).
Provide transparent reports on delivery status, risks, and outcomes.
Ensure Operations and SILs are aligned with Global & Local Business, System, and Process owners on scope and priorities.
Serve as primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
Champion change management and acts as a catalyst for transformation within operations.
Ensure appropriate training, communication, and support are in place.
Transition to Operations
Ensure successful handover of solutions to Operations and Local Business System Owners following system qualification.
Support stabilization and ensure operational readiness post-deployment.
Ensure documentation, training, and support structures are in place
Ensure system audit readiness.

The salary range for this position is:
$113.250,00 - $163.583,33
