The Head of Programs will anchor the design, delivery, and evolution of all organizational programs. This leader is responsible for ensuring that work within institutions and aftercare is deeply impactful, consistent, and scalable while remaining rooted in trauma-informed and dignity-driven values. This role balances strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of program quality, team development, and systems.

Required Experience & Skillsets:
Experience: 7–10+ years in program implementation or management.
Sector Knowledge: Experience working with children, youth, or vulnerable communities.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of human behavior, emotions, and group dynamics.
Facilitation: Proven experience in training or working directly with groups.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability in managing and building high-performing teams.
Design Mindset: Ability to design and evolve programs, not just execute existing ones.
Systems Thinking: Ability to build simple, effective processes.
Attributes: Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and comfort in complex environments.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders.
Plus: Experience working with government or institutional systems is highly preferred.
