We're seeking a Head of Programme to establish and lead our programme management, planning and project controls capability across a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Significant experience leading programme management, planning or project controls functions within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects or portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project and project reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, project risk management and delivery assurance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Additional qualifications in programme management, project controls or leadership will be highly regarded.
